Customized Products (Important)

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

❌ No returns or refunds are accepted for customized items once the order is confirmed.

Customized items include (but are not limited to):

• Printed mugs
• Photo frames
• Keychains
• T-shirts, hoodies
• Any product with names, images, or custom text

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a wrong item
• There is a printing or manufacturing error from our side

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or video of the product and packaging
• The product must be unused and in original condition

Once verified, we will:

• Replace the item OR
• Issue a refund (as per case)

Non-Customized Products

For non-customized items:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging
• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side

Refund Method

• Refunds are processed via bank transfer / wallet / original payment method
• Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before production starts
• Once customization or printing has begun, cancellation is not possible

Courier Issues

Printora is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
