Most of our products are customizable. If customization is available, you’ll see the option on the product page.
You can request changes before production starts. Once printing or customization begins, changes are not possible.

Yes, COD is available for selected locations across Pakistan.
Customized orders: 2–4 working days processing + 2–5 working days delivery
Non-customized orders: 1–2 working days processing + 2–5 working days delivery
Shipping charges depend on your location and order size and are shown at checkout.
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan.
Customized products are non-returnable.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. We’ll assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy.
